![]() Make sure you have the Glyph of Misdirection, so as to rack up the threat on the turtle, and all Bo's shots will be taken for you. Place him on Passive, this keeps him from switching targets. Like others have said before, it's important that missiles hit Bo, but they can also damage his partner, so it's wise to keep that in mind.įor a hunter, I found that a Tenacity Turtle was my best friend. Vanilla Coke was had.Ĭomment by BralgarAs a marksman hunter, this fight proved a challenge to me, especially because when I first attempted it, there was no avoiding the Gnomish Death Ray shots from Bo. Managed to back away with the fireballs and throw a last kill shot that took Bo down. This one fight I managed to get loads of rockets on Bo, whereas other times I had barely any, DBM Berserk timer ticked and I was standing on the fireball end, don't run away, keep getting those rockets on Bo. Got back on Bo when the shield dropped and completely ignored Max for the rest of the fight, he was always too far away. Bo switched out, briefly targeted Max whilst standing inside the shield. I also found that I managed to get LOADS of rockets the one time I downed them, despite other tries garnering 1 out 5 rocket blasts.Īggroed Bo straight away, sat on him until the first rocket showed up, danced between them and somehow got 5 rocket blasts on their faces. ![]() I barely focused on my DPS except for the big DoTs, and instead kept my eyes peeled for the circles as a Belf, I found them much easier to dodge. I never stampeded as it always seemed to give me loads of aggro, and used my macro every few clicks. Survival Hunter, I had my turtle pet out, in Tenacity, and used a little heal pet, misdirect pet macro to keep Bo looking at him. Get Bo in the middle of that for maximum rocket damage while remaining safe. Just GIS "three-circle Venn diagram" for the general idea there. When you step off to dodge, the rocket aimed at your dodge point will miss everyone entirely. ![]() Was still in Resto to heal up all the death ray damage, dropped rockets on Bo's head, and beat the enrage timer even though I did almost no actual damage during the fight.Īs long as he's not running around, you can circle around him at a short distance (a little under the radius of the rocket blast), and that can land more damage than standing directly on him, stepping off to dodge the rocket, then standing on him again. The only dps I did was keeping nether tempest on Bo and hitting the occasional frostfire bolt when the proc was up.Ĭomment by McGrignrI thought, "They say no totems, but I need Fire Elemental Totem and Stormlash Totem out for extra damage to take them down before the enrage." That didn't work, so I switched from Elemental to Restoration and tried it again with Fire Elemental Totem, but rockets were still flying all over the arena instead of directly at me. I did it as frost spec which was quite useful as my pet took a couple of the death rays after my mirror images died, but fire spec would be effective as well with the extra stun on combustion. Cold snap after this for the 30% heal and so you can ice block again if necessary.ĭon't forget your brawler's healing potion. Stay in ice block so rockets hit him, but when it's about to run out be careful that a rocket isn't going to hit you the moment you come out. When the first shield drops stand right on top of Bo and ice block. Note that you will be immune to the first rocket hit when you are standing under the shield, so if you are low health this is the time to evocate. When he teleports away, blink to him and stand on the shield generator. Keep re-casting ice barrier, incanter's ward and deep freeze on Bo when they become available. Refresh your ice barrier and deep freeze him before the next cast. Run up to Bo, cast incanter's ward and let him get his first death ray cast off. Ice Barrier, Cold Snap, Incanter's Ward, Glyph of Evocation.Īll damage on this fight is physical, so use Molten Armor for the 6% reduction.īefore you get teleported into the ring cast ice barrier so it'll be off cd as soon as it breaks.
